Celestial Travel and Tours is located within the Spirit of Travel office suite.
DEPOSITS AND TOUR PAYMENTS**:
Deposits are due within 10 days of booking based on the following pricing:
Tour price $ 0 - $ 1,000 - $ 150.00* per person deposit
Tour price $ 1,001 - $ 2,000 - $ 200.00* per person deposit
Tour price $ 2,001 - $ 4,000 - $ 300.00* per person deposit
* $100 per person (non-refundable) administration fee will be withheld from any refund. In the event that Celestial Travel & Tours is forced to cancel a tour all monies paid to date will be refunded in full.
90 days prior to tour departure date - 50% of tour price is due
60 days prior to tour departure date - Payment in full of tour is due
Payment can be made to Celestial Travel and Tours via cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) and a receipt will be provided to you by mail, fax or e-mail (per your specification).
**Cruises, International and Day Trips will have tour specific deposit and payment requirements.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS***:
If you are forced to cancel your tour please call Coral at our office immediately at 303-872-1158.
The cancellation fee per person will be determined as follows:
Initial Non-Refundable Deposit $ 100.00 per person penalty
90 – 60 days prior to travel date $ 50% of tour cost per person penalty
59 – 0 days prior to, and including, travel date $ 100% of tour cost per person penalty
At the time of your cancellation we will assist you in submitting any eligible insurance claim. You can read about the Group Lite Travel Protection Plan and Schedule of Coverage and Services more in detail in the "Included Travel Insurance" section. Please note that additional insurance (which includes "Cancel For Any Reason") is also available for an additional fee and explained in the "Optional Insurance" section. *** In the event that Celestial Travel & Tours is forced to cancel a tour all monies paid to date will be refunded in full.
